Hokusai Manga Book Set

Three-volume Hokusai Manga art book set

Immerse yourself in the world of the great Katsushika Hokusai! Published in 1814, the "Hokusai Manga" collection contains almost 4,000 illustrations, sketches, and drawings across 15 volumes. The subjects range from daily life and nature to the fantastic world of Japanese folklore. Hokusai's works had a considerable influence, not only in Japan but also in the West, inspiring the Japonism movement of the 19th century.

This reissue brings together the Hokusai Manga collection in three volumes, each with a distinct theme: everyday life (volume 1), nature and landscape (volume 2), and the imaginary world (volume 3). Lovers of Japanese art will appreciate this boxed set of books, making it a wonderful gift for a birthday or Christmas.
